Employees of KTM-Sportmotorcycle AG (hereinafter referred to as KTM), companies affiliated with KTM, authorised KTM dealers and their relatives are excluded from participation. By answering the questions, the participants expressly accept the exclusive application of these conditions for participation and, furthermore, warrant that they have answered all questions truthfully to the best of their knowledge and belief. On completion of the online survey, participants are offered the opportunity to enter the following prize draw as a "thank you" for their feedback. The organiser of the prize draw is KTM. Participation in the prize draw is explicitly possible without the purchase of KTM products. Each participant may only enter once. In the case of irregular (e.g. specification of incorrect personal details) or repeated participation in the online survey, KTM reserves the right to disqualify offending participants from the prize draw and bar them from similar events in the future. KTM will conduct a draw among all participants for 1 original jersey autographed by a Husaberg factory rider and 4 signed autograph posters of the Husaberg factory riders. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Each prize winner will be notified by KTM following the draw using the specified contact details. This notification will include precise details of how the prize will be delivered. KTM accepts no liability for damages due to errors, delays, and/or interruption in the transmission of data, technical faults, incorrect and/or incomplete content, or loss or deletion of data caused by computer viruses. If KTM has reasonable doubts with regard to the valid consent of a minor’s guardian, such written consent must to be provided to KTM upon request. The right of legal recourse is excluded. The entire prize draw is subject exclusively to Austrian law, excluding its conflict of law provisions. In the event that a provision herein is/becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected thereby. By answering the questions, the participants expressly accept the exclusive application of these conditions for participation and, furthermore, warrant that they have answered all questions truthfully to the best of their knowledge and belief. The participants or their guardians herewith expressly consent that their name, email address, postal address, and other personal data provided be used by KTM to conduct the prize draw, as well as for the purpose of their own marketing and market research. This data will be used, processed and stored in a strictly confidential manner, and in accordance with Austrian and European data protection regulations. No personal data will disclosed, marketed or sold to third parties within the scope of advertising activities. Acceptance of these terms and conditions may be withdrawn at any time by means of a written declaration to KTM.
